Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using WizardHabits (the "Service") on the web, iOS or Android, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use WizardHabits.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@wizardhabits.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account — do not share or sell accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others or the Service.
• Probe, scan, overload or attempt to bypass security or rate limits, including on the API and MCP endpoints.
• Scrape, copy or resell the Service or its content without written permission.
• Upload content that is abusive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Reverse engineer the apps except where the law expressly permits it.

Personal API keys you create are for your own use; you are responsible for anything done with them.

4. Free plan, subscriptions and lifetime purchases

The Apprentice plan is free. Paid plans (Mage, billed monthly or yearly, and the one-time Archmage lifetime rank) are described on our pricing page. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings or through the app store you purchased from; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to their refund policies. For purchases made directly from us we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. "Lifetime" means for as long as WizardHabits is operated; if we permanently discontinue the Service we will give reasonable notice.

Where paid features are shown as "coming soon", they are not yet available for purchase and nothing is charged.

5. Your content and your data

You own the habits, notes and other content you add. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it to you and to operate the Service. How we collect and protect personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes your data.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service — including the wizard artwork, names, level system, software and design — is owned by WizardHabits and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to it beyond using the Service as intended.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or have been inactive for a long period, giving notice where reasonable. Sections 5–9 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WizardHabits is a motivation and tracking tool, not medical, psychological or professional advice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that streaks, XP or other data will never be lost — please keep your own records of anything important.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WizardHabits will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to the Service or these terms

We are a small team and the Service will keep evolving; features may be added, changed or retired. We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
